B1 no problem, no offense taken. You probably don't know who i am anyway, i'm new to the hemi stuff. I've been a chevy comp eliminator racer the last 9 years and have raced chevy stockers and superstockers, though i do have some wallys i am proud of. I've also been driving a guy in Texas' outlaw 10.5 car the last few years. I now work for the Teutons building there engines and driving the red car with the flames on it on the previous page. If we come to vegas i would be up for the match race if you find no other takers.

I have spoken with the Teuton's on several occasions when they have attended the Winternationals and World Finals out here in Pomona. They are all very nice people. I appreciate the offer to race, and will keep you posted. Have a good night, Chris

Hey Warfish, Are you planning on coming out to the Mopars at the Strip in Vegas this year? If so, maybe you and I can line em up for a little extra cash? You seem to be the top dog, so I figured I would like to line up with you. My car is also a 68 Barracuda, Full bodied 25.5, 3000+ lbs., on a little itty bitty 10.5 x 29.5 x 15 tire, with no power adders. What do you say? I am ready for anything, free race, low dollar, high dollar? Looking forward to your reply.
Better yet, why don't you put your car at 3563 lbs. and show up legal for SS/AM so you are racing against those with similar parts, and see how long you toot your horn eh? - build a legal SS/AH or go back under your rock bracket racer.

" I dont see where dude was "tooting his horn" here. It looks like he's just trying to have a little fun..like maybe you should be doing..u know like something positive with your life, insted of lurking on the internet, waiting to jump on anyone who dosent think like you Its easy to criticize what you dont understand. Besides I dont think he's a "bracket racer living under a rock" again your misinformed...carry on

I am fairly new on here ( used to be a member years ago ), but I am excited about all the SS/AH popularity ! It would be my dream to drive a SS/AH car. I have several friends in this class. The Teutons have been good friends of mine for years, Bucky has been a friend for years and the other week I had the pleasure of speaking with Charlie Westcott Jr. and he was super helpful. I know he may offend some folks but I think its all in good fun and competition( if you have thin skin, then you shouldnt be racing anyway ).He just tells it like it is. I know that whenever I get around to getting my Duster done, I may be giving him a call about doing some work on the engine ! I hope everyone in the SS/AH has a wonderful season. I am curious as to just how many new cars are being built, and how many new engine builders will be seeing what they can do with a Hemi ?

You'll see it, but the Sox part wont be there unfortunately. I miss him like you cant imagine. I'm proud to say he was a very close friend. He left behind a wonderful wife that is doing great things for St. Jude. I know hes proud.

Hey Chris maybe you should pick on a different Hemi Powered Cuda....I can bolt in a bottle too
Al, First of all, I wasn't picking on anyone. I came on here with the best of intentions, and they were twisted beyond belief. My goal was to try to set up some sort of a Wedge vs. Hemi Race, nothing more, nothing less. If I came across to some folks like I was pounding my chest, well, that was not intended. The funny thing about this is that I actually thought that this would be fun......What was I thinking? Fun? No, this is Moparts, where every single thing said is scrutinized over and over again. I would have bent over backwards to help anyone else set up this race. I will go to this race with my friends and have a good time, regardless of what happens. Furthermore, if you and I happen to meet (which I hope we do), it would be fun to race you. Do you really need a bottle? I will now go back into my cave and refrain from posting on this board again. See ya in Vegas.

Charlie, I got a new seat for my high HP riding lawn mower for Christmas. It was from the Michigan Seat Company in Jackson, MI. It had ported air valves, large cams on the armrests, and several other High Performance features. You working for them on the side? Jeff Teuton

that place makes seats for alot of companies, we know the people that own it, we have done some work for them (irrigation work). Its probably one of the few things that you can get from the usa anymore.
