Yeah some people just dont know proper etiquette, I know my friend was doing it on the drag week till I told him and what to do... he had no idea that there was a proper etiquette

I officially apologise to everybody (not many) that I have offended. It was accidental, and I went red any way because I know I messed up, and it messed me up.
When my opponent has done it, and I know its accidental, I still just do my normal routine.

i guess it's possible to do it accidentally, but i never have. one of my best buddies (italian) backs out and shuts off when he gets double bulbed! i love him.
for what is the good life if not doing things thoughtfully?

OK, I know how to courtesy stage, and I always do, but what is the big deal about it? I guess I haven't really thought it through enuff; if somebody double bulbs, how does that hurt his opponent? When it happens to me, I just take my normal time, go up and pre-stage, stage, then race. What I don't like is getting burned down by some one who is pre-staged, but then won't stage promptly once I'm in. But that's part of the game, gotta stay focused on the tree and ignore the other racer.

What if it is on a pro .400 tree with deep staging allowed and I have DEEP on my window, are you going to wait for me to go DEEP? (Is the starter going to wait for me?)

Ok I going to show how stupid I am. Keep in mind I go to the track for fun and t&t. By double bulbing I would take it that is when a guy goes staight up to stage and without waiting for you and trips both sets of bulbs? I have always waited for the other guy to set the first set of bulbs, then I set my first and when he set the second set then I set mine or vice versa. Is that proper??
you are correct. personally, i couldn't care less if a guy double bulbs me. i stage the same every time.
exactly, it shouldn't make any difference.
