I have two sets of green bearings. One set of bearings has the groove for the keeper rings in it and the other doesn't. I am installing them in a 30 spline Dana 60 rear with Moser axles. Can anyone tell me which set of bearings to use and why? What is the difference?

Use the snap-ring style with the loose retainer. That design is more durable because it lets the bearing move around inside the housing end like a stock bearing.
