Sleepyhead 416 just finished putting a new 496 wedge into my 73 Challenger,(2nd RB in this car) what an improvement in power!Second gear is unbelievable. I am really happy with his work and the motors performance. Good job Harold! He put everything together like it was his motor going into his own car. PS Thanks to everyone on Moparts who helped us in getting the right heads(We ended up w/MW EZ-1 Indy Heads), manifold (dual plane Indy) and compression ratio. Sleepyhead416 had it figured, but wanted to see if everyone elses figures were about the same. (10.2- 10.4). Thanks to Bob George for the intake gaskets and the boxes we needed when we had to return a head. Thanks to all here!
See you at the races soon as this engine is broken in.
