Local dealer has Mike Booker's new race Challenger sitting here for a few days for display before delivery to Washington to Mike. Really a unique piece.
Have a question though: What are the elelctical terminals on each injecor?

They are OEM SRT-4 (Turbo Neon) injectors for 2004-2005 model year (which were also used in the MP Stage 1 kit for 2003 model year vehicles).

So all you need to do is use late turbo Neon connectors, and they snap right on the terminals.

Rating is 42lbs per hour at 58psi.

Assembly line 6.1 injectors are only 33.86lbs per hour.

Post some pics of that bad boy.

That makes me wonder how much extra power can be squeezed out of the 6.1L? That seems like you are pretty close to the 80% duty cycle with 425HP. I'm sure the BSFC is better than my rule-of-thumb .50 #/HP-Hr to calculate injector sizes.

I still have issues grasping that someone paid $37,000 for that.

And that's just the cars that you can get from the factory, what gets me are the guys selling the ones on racingjunk.com selling for $85,000 as delivered.... I really think these people will place the final nail in the coffin for this program... What a shame...

You don't think a new stock Eliminator car with new technology is worth 37K?

You don't think there is 85K in Barton's single four barrel Hemi, or in the CJ's?

Racing, NHRA style, is not a poor man's game. That car is not meant to cater to budget racers....not for a second. I have a close freind who races an E/SA 428 Cougar....he's got 7K in the cylinder heads alone.

This ain't 1965 anymore. (I wish it was).

By the time the new Dodge is completed, you'll have close to,if not more than 70K in the car.The new Ford's are 70K turn key,and the 2010 Ford's are supposedly getting a slight price increase.

Class racing isn't cheap. If it was,I'd have run super stock a long time ago.
