"World Famous"??? No... Very nice resto??? Yes
I would class it as world famous ! I live in Australia and remember seeing that car on the barrels in "Cars in Barns" websight quit a few years back. And i have a lot of freinds here in Australia who have e-mailed me the same picture of it up on barrels. I am in Australia and would like to think we are part of the world, i have e-mailed Alan about this so he must think it is world famous aswell !
Keep up the good work Alan, the resto is looking great.

Ok...I'm quickly running out of energy...I think I have to quit my real job... Today (day 5) my plan was to installing the engine, transmission, front suspension and front brakes... That came to a sudden stop when I was assembling the bell housing/clutch. I used the original flywheel that was in the car three years ago but replaced the scatter shield with the correct dated 513 bell housing....After putting the clutch together I found the starter wouldn't fit... I quick call the BREWERS confirmed that I was trying to use an aftermarket 11" flywheel instead on the stock 10 1/2 deal.....valuable lesson learned. The correct one is being UPS'd as we speak. Engine won't go in until next week
