I'm just getting my Challenger sorted out after years of restoration. One issue I've noticed is a noise/vibration that is coming from the driveshaft when the car is in gear but slowing down (not accelerating). If I place my hand on the transmission tunnel I can feel it (along with hear the noise). It also doesn't happen all the time. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!

Too much pinion angle. Do a search and read how to set pinion angle - you have about 500 to pick from

I had a tail shaft housing failure and decided to send my driveshaft out to be balanced. I found it to be off balance as well as being bent at the yoke. I had it cut and rewelded along with being balanced and I lost the vibration.
