Are you asking about the peices that the spark plug tubes pass through? If so I have bought and I think they are "worth it". They restrict how much oil gets to the bottom of the spark plug tube.

When you pull a spark plug out to inspect, you don't get a ton of oil in the cyl.

They are a tight fit into the head/press fit, I "beat" mine in and permatex also.

yes that is the ones
can you show a lil more of how thay work with out the valve cover on (if its already off) also maybe how thay fit in top of the valve cover?
im gonna have to buy 2 sets (duel plug head)
so is there a o ring at the top of the short peicse and a ring at top of the other where the valve cover meets? the small peicse is taped into head and just stays there? thanks for replying ralph

they are 1 piece and they are not tall enough to touch the valve cover, yes they stay in the head. They keep oil from going into the chamber when you pull a plug great idea works like it should. Yes every hemi should have them.

When you use them, the tube still goes through the valve cover like it always does. The tube sits in the this cup. You still get a little oil running into the cylinder, just not as bad as without it.

Just a little note.....If you have the new Mopar Performance / Edelbrock heads you have to clarence the head to make those seals fit.

....there is nothing like driving my 1968 Hemi Dart around town and having people looking at you like you're nuts!!

That is correct. The tube seals as their called seal the factory tube so oil does not drain into the combustion chamber when the plugs are pulled. As was stated above you still get some oil, just not as much as without the seals.
