thinking about going out to vegas for the sema show
has anyone been there ?

I went in 2006 and I'm going again this year. It is always a great time with LOTS to see. It's not real heavy on racing stuff (you need to go to PRI in Orlando for that) but there is still racing stuff there. Don't expect to see it all as it is a very huge show. Bring your walking shoes!

I've been 3 times.Its very cool lots of Vegas fun! If your into more serous racing stuff PRI is it. Lots of car steros and rice burner stuff at SEMA though.

I really want to go to PRI, but i dont have credentials to get in.
Would anyone be able to help me out with that?

I've been going to SEMA every year since 98....I NEVER miss it....at first it was because of the race car fab shop....but in the last 3 years and again this year its because of the vehicle wraps....I'm involved in wraping 22 vehicles for this years show....wait til you see the WD-40 car...

SEMA is awesome and a must see...I've been twice. It often falls on halloween....the girls in vegas like to dress up for the occasion! A must see...

The drag races have been the weekend before the last few years so we get to Vegas on Friday and do the races on Saturday.

I'm going. I was chosen by Mopar Performance for their Top Eliminator class for 2009 at Carlisle this year! I've never been to SEMA or Las Vegas either, so we're really looking forward to it.

You want to see trick wheels, windshield wiper blades and stereo stuff, SEMA is the place, you want to see race car parts, PRI is the show. Hot girls are at both.
