I have 5/8 studs on the rear with prostar rims just put them on last week and last night could not get them off anybody have this problem and what was the solution.

wiggle, they won't move at all the aluminum in squished around the stud.

We run 6 lug axles on our mud truck and have one set of alu rims that we installed and had a hard time getting off, had to kick the piss out of it to free it up, once you get it of just drill the clearance you need , make sure the center ring fits right, good luck it really is a pain

once you get them off, use a large step drill bit and open up the holes a little, you might not need to do all 5.

There was a post a few weeks ago about this and as I told the originater of the post I've had to drill three sets of wheels when using 5/8" studs. Just have to clean the hole up a little. Sometimes you can get by with just drilling the back half of the hole. Mine are 41/64"
