If your asking about the 197-71 Hemi, 440 6 pak I use it It does hold 6 quarts in the sump plus one in the filter. That pan will hit the stock A body K member if you mount the motor in the stock location in relation to the trans mount. My motor is mounted one inch back in relation to the trans mount The idler arm does rub the oil pan on a hard right turn.

With 5 qts in the pan and 1 in the filter, my OEM 440 dipstick shows "full" w/ my repro Hemi pan, so that's as much as I've ever run in it.
