I had the same problem so I made my own. I took my existing valance and crafted in a set of cut-outs that I had made. I is not perfect but is OK for a driver. I will attach a few pictures.

No I am not a body man. I had Mike Brodin (heatone@netzero.com) press me a set of cutouts and used a kit from Eastwoods to install it. I had a body shop paint the valance after I rivited, glued and filled the inserts. I got the measurements from a member of this site. I have attached the diamentions.

I got the phone number and address of a guy that makes fiberglass rear valances with the cutouts for slotted tips: Dorsey Helm, 19630 S.E. 189th Pl., Renton, Wa. 98058. Phone # 425-432-1546. I called and left a message. Got his info from the Dodge Charger web-site.
How long ago did you contact him? I've tried several times over the past few years, and have had no luck. I bought 2 of his 71/2 style 'glass rear valances YEARS ago, and I know of a few folks who were trying to get a hold of him.

I bought one of Dorsey Helm's fiberglass rear valances probably 5 years ago. Very nice piece, but I haven't seen him on the board here for a long time. If you can get one of his valances you won't be disappointed.

FWIW, results from the dyno:
NICE numbers! Have you been to the track with it yet? Did you have the engine dyno'd before installing? I'm curious what the HP difference is between the crank and wheel HP/Tq.
Nice looking 500, btw!

Thanks, Thats an old photo, and dyno results from July 2002. Broke an Intake valve last year so I'm building a new engine. The Dyno #'s shown are SAE corrected, the actual was around 370 HP uncorrected for the 95 degree day at around 6,000 ft altitude here in Denver. The car only runs 12.50 @ 110 (+/- a few tenths.) Ran it in Vegas and got some 11.80's with out any tuning changes. BTW, this is a street car, 4,150# on pump gas. I broke an intake valve last year so now I'm building a bigger 500cid stroker.
