Yesterday was King of the trasck @ Rt 66 in Joliet.
Ther were about 120 cars in Pro ET (no box) With some good lights and some luck I made it the final against a purple 70 Duster.
I think his name is Glen Webber, I'm terrible with names sometimes.
He dials 10.37 me 9.64 I cut a .019 but it doesn't matter as he went -.055 RED!
Great! it has been a dry spell and this year has been full of frustration with going to the 2-step. But I think crewchief Dave and I are getting a handle on it.
Now for King Of The Track, they draw chips and the winner of Super Pro, a dragster races the bike winner. Good deal as they both have electronics.Bike wins.
I race the sportsman winner a 70 Chevelle 13.70 dial to my 9.60. 4 seconds is a long time and I got a LITTLE antsy -.009 RED. Oh well like the track manager said before we all raced, "remember all of you are CHAMPIONS"
