Thanks to Monte for helping me with the tune up on the fogger I got from him, I have a new best et and mph. At Douglas WY saturday, in the USP heads up class,Limited Street, the Dart went 8.81 on one pass, and 158.56 on another pass. It went 3 .80's in a row, and we were #1 qualifier. We got to the final, but the track closes at 7:00 pm, because of the neighborhood surrounding the track, so the other car and I had to call it a draw, and split the money and points, still a good day, and learned a few things.

There's a guy that advertizes in the back of National Dragster, I'll look up the info and PM you with it. It's a nice part.

Congrats on the good day at the track. To bad you could not finish it up as it sounds like you had the car to beat.

I forgot to mention the DA was about 7100ft.
Also there was some talk of taking the 2 cars out on the street, and finishing up the race? Just talk though. Might of been fun?

Thanks Brian, see you at Bandimere soon(the 16th?)
Tony, I've heard the drop in altitude is about 3/10's ? Still only 1 kit. I made a 8.83 run where it wheelied pretty good, and had to pedal it, on paper it would of been a .78 or9, but we don't race on paper, anyway it was by far the best run I have made, at least the most fun? Thanks!

Congrats Dave.
Sounds like your having fun now.
Car is definetly making some steam to run those #'s at 7100 ft. It should be way more than 3 10ths quicker at 2000ft.
Again, Congrats and keep pecking away at it.

I am not a nitrous guy but hang aroound a few and they love it at elevation. They are always telling me they bring thier atmosphere with them. But at 7100' you gotta be loosing at least .3 I woudl think. Heck I loose .3 going from here to Vegas when it is at 4000' da's..Congrats again on the performance. Monte knows his stuff and you have a heck of a car there

Thanks again. The high DA has to hurt somewhat, but how much I don't know?

Yes, I will be there on the 15th and 16th. They are running two King Street Races back to back that weekend. Can't wait to see your car run again! Seeing it runs 8's last time was awesome!

Thanks Thumper, thanks Bob! Thumper spray it, and see what you think? You'll love it. With the lack of air up here it's needed to go fast. As we all know, though, enough is never enough.
