Do you guys have a favorite low buck code reader?

I have an Innova; seemed to work okay. Think it was around a C-note or something. Of course, it'll just pull generic OBD II codes; nothing brand specific.

When I was in shops, we always used the Snap-On stuff. Works okay, but they nickle and dime you for every little thing, and you've got $4-6K in it before you're done.

Not worth it to pull a code on Mom's Escort!

Seduce the attractive, and charm the rest. ****** 489 C.I.D., roller cam, aftermarket heads, tunnel ram, stock '54 Dodge rear axle assembly: which of these doesn't belong?

I don't use them enough to justify buying one, so I just go to o'reilly and they let me use theirs. Most parts stores are like that.
