The reverse lights on my 72 Roadrunner stay on all the time when the power is on, where do I start to look first. Mine is a floor shifter, is the reverse light switch on the transmission or on the shifter. Thanks

On the trans. Unplug the switch to see if the lights go out. If they do then it's in the switch or the cockscomb on the valve body. If they don't it's a wiring problem and you need to trace the wires to see if they are shorted together.
