Bob,

From the picture it really doenst look that bad. If the bore measured +0.006, are you sure you can't get a set of oversized bearings to work?

The durabonds are +.010 OD so i have to bore the tunnel to the correct size.

something doesn't sound quite right. if the bore is .006" oversize, the bearing would FALL out of it. there would be no press fit at all.

I figured he meant .0006 oversize. But even then loctite wouldnt hold it in...
