Today's silly part store occurrence, to be successful at filling your washer reservoir you need to remove the safety seal on the jug. This had to be explained to female customer as I was walking out of the store. she couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

Just buy a hammer, and screwdriver. Then set the jug on it's top, hammer the screwdriver into the bottom of the jug. Then hold the jug right side up over the res. It'll get filled sooner or later.

Should have told her she needed the metric fluid and that was the problem.
