Watching Thunderbolt and Lightfoot and they got off at the Warsaw exit. But they did end up at the Warsaw school house. Almost time for bunny smiting.

From the Lemons to Lemonade department;
If you develop a case of water on the knee while at work & you have no ice packs available at home, turn to vegetables for help.
Step one - Combine frozen contents of Broccoli & Tater Tots in a large Zip-Lock bag.
Step two - Tape bag to the offending knee to reduce swelling, the tape will help hold it in place.
Step three - As good as the cold veggies feel on the knee, they will thaw with time.
This leads us quite naturally to...........
Step four - Spray a 9 inch Pyrex baking dish with Pam. (I prefer the Olive Oil Pam myself)
Step five - Empty partially knee-thawed Broccoli & Tater-Tots into pan.
Step six - Bake pan contents at 425 to 450 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Baking time may vary depending on how hot your knee was & the elapsed time that the veggies were taped to it)
Step six - Remove pan from oven & change setting to broil.
Step eight - Cover veggies with slices of Pepper Jack cheese.
Step nine - Return pan to oven until cheese is melted & bubbly.
Step ten - Remove from oven & enjoy!
