To Barry. again. As for Phillip K Dick, I am sorry I missed that show - I'll have to try and catch it on the next showing. I would imagine that the show covered the stories Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?and We Can Remember it for you Wholesale. Many people are very familiar with the movies that came from each, but a much smaller minority know about the stories that inspired the movies. I highly recommend them to anyone who likes SF. On a side note - somewhere around 1970 or 1971 (I forget the exact year), I sold to my big sister a one year subscription to the magazine Fantasy and Science Fiction during a jr. high fund raiser. She took a liking to it, and renewed for a number of years, until they fell on hard times. They sent a brutally honest plea for support out to subscribers that basically said: "We're going broke and need a bunch of cash NOW. If you send us <some big $$ amount that I can't precisely remember, like 10x the annual subscription rate>, we'll give you a LIFETIME subscription. If we make it through this rough time, you'll get a great deal. If we go under, you've lost your money." She gambled and sent the money. They made it, and they stood by their word - she still receives F&SF for free.
Down to just a blue car now.

Get well soon Gary.
Yes, get well soon, 'cause I am going to have to expose you for the fraud, rogue, charlatan and ne'er-do-well that you REALLY are
Just kidding!
You, sir, have out done yourself. I am shocked , in awe , and am not worthy of this kind gift you bestowed upon me for my upcoming birthday and Christmas
Now I have to move up my schedule for the little something I've got for you

It was an interesting show...talked about all of his work, and how alot of his idea (paranoia) has basically come true.
They talked about his stories that had been made into movies (what you mentioned...plus all the others like Minority Report, A Scanner Darkly, etc) along with his many other works.
He had some pretty "interesting" times too, and ideas...
Also never realized he was out here in Orange County for a fair amount of time..
And cool story about the magazine too, and that they kept up thier end of the bargin after all these years!

When responding for a set of Hooker headers on Craigslist be sure not to use your wife's account. Since the title Hookers South Norman $250 might raise some questions. DAMHIK.

Dang, I hope that was for two if the hookers were used.
It's hard not to find a hooker that has never been used.
