I have a set of titan gaskets coming form my 0-ringed 440. (past thin gasket/shim post looked at them and no go) SCE say no spray needed on the titan.
Is that what everyone does just put them on with the proper 0-ring???

Thanks in advance

I am running the Titan that has the o'ring built in. So far so good. I only have about 70 miles on it.

Been using them for four years now. No spray.....Absolutely No, and I mean No problems with them. torque down, start engine, build temp to 180 degrees, and retorque. I am a very happy SCE customer.

Yes on the wire thickness they say 25% 0r less. so 032 is .008 or less. Think that was the water seal problem then the oil as I had .020 on a .043 gasket.
First time with o-rings and I new 25% but for some reason when doing it it never came to mind just bought .040 wire at the speed shop and installed it!
Brain fart I guess. going to check and see if .025 or .030 wire will work best!
I'll check to see if their inbossed seals covers the blocks big water holes
