I think I remember correctly that one prong on the back of a 3 speed '70 E body rallye dash wiper switch is left exposed/nothing plugs into it.But is there only one way that the connections from the main harness plug into the wiper switch?Could someone post picture of the correct connections? Is it a one piece plug or 2 piece?I was thinking mine had 2 seperate plug ins?

If I read the wiring diagram correctly.
The 2 & 3 speed switches have a different pin layout, the wiring is the same.

2-speed
V3-18BR* goes to pin F1
V4-18R goes to pin A

3-speed
V3-18BR* goes to pin A
V4-18R goes to pin F1

3 Speed switch.

Thanks for the pics Snoopy. Is it possible to have the small 2 prong? harness plugged in wrong? And is the top prong,as shown in picture, always left "empty"?

They only plug in one way.

Hate to "butin" but, when changing from a 2 speed to a 3 speed wiper motor is it plug and play. I mean install the 3 speed motor, transmission and switch and it will work?? Anything else?
