In the process of converting a '68 Charger w/10" drums to 10" disc from a '71. Got some re-manufactured calipers, which didn't include any hardware. We were able to get the screw-in retaining pins separately, but so far I can't find any of the "positioners".

I would have rather bought the calipers from Napa, which are complete with hardware, but these are on back order and essentially unavailable. So now we're scrounging.

Any idea where I can find these do-hickies? Are they even necessary?

I can fix it... my old man is a television repairman.
He's got the ultimate set of tools... I can fix it.

If these are the "anti rattle springs" I believe you can do without them.

I bought a new set of those about a year ago from a guy who repros them. Let me see if I can find his contact info. I believe he sells on ebay, and he's not cheap.
