oooops. You're right dammit.

Eye guess Eye only Sea what Eye Wanted to see.

I was wrong.

HOWEVER, They do fit a 15x7 rim only, not a 15x6.5"...

Thanks Aaron, Appologies (with reservations) to Snoopy.

Ok Snoop.

Here's pic one:

I am kind of in between the coasts and not named after anything but my car. No glasses nor any needed but I see P/N P 3461043. P for performance division reproduction not origonal.

I'm on the "right" coast .....and I clearly see the differance in the "P/N#" and "P" numbers,........ Snoopy, the "Red Baron" didn't shoot you down!

OK I tried a NEW repro 15X7 Chrysler trim ring, it dosen't fit the 15X6.5 rim, leaves about just an 1/8 gap around the rim without seating properly.......Joe if you need some trimrings for your 6.5 ralleys, .....I looked thru my stash and have 3 nice original 2 1/2" depth Chrysler 15x6.5 Trimrings, you pay postage to your door you can have them,....they are the polished style,....PM me here

Mike

INCREDIBLY Generous Mike. Thanks for the offer. I'll PM you with what I have and would appreciate your input.

I have a set of 15 x 6.5 Rallye wheels and would like to know if the trim ring that is on it is considered 15 x 6.5 or 15 x 7. Thinking about going with a polished ring instead of brushed and not sure what I should be looking for as a replacement.

Thanks, Joe

Chrysler discontinued the 3461043 and 3461222 trim rings in 2005 or 6. There are still a few floating around. I bought a set a couple of months ago.
When they decided to reproduce the 15x7" and screwed up the first batch, they decided to put them in the system.

P5153310 Trim Ring, Deep Dish, Bright Finish, 15" X 6.5" Rallye
Wheel, Road Wheel and Steel Wheel Applications,

Snoopy...the first batch of P3461043 trim rings were screwed up? What was screwed up, the depth? When they decided to put them in the system...were they put in as P3461043 or 3461043? In other words, are there any P3461043 tagged trim rings out there that are the wrong depth?

Here's the only label you should see on a true first run 15x7 brushed ring....

....or this one if you happened to buy in Canada from a dealer.
Both these were purchased in early 70's and are true 15x7's.
Both are from the same factory used Georgia vendor, just different labels applied for shipping to the US and Canadian depots.
What Snoopy states is correct.. there was a changeover point in the early 70's when the 15x6.5's replaced the 15x7's even though both shared the same pn.
Once after ordering and receiving a set of 3461043 15x7 rings in a Chrysler bag, I ordered a second set and got three 6.5's sent and one 7 inch.
Will post a pic of the 043 label later.
Although the currect 15x7 rings offered are quite nice they can be told from originals.

They used the prints and reworked die for the 6.5" rings when they made the first batch of the latest 7" trim rings. They caught their mistake and, as far as I know, never released any of the new 6.5" batch with the P3461043 or P3461222 part numbers.

Here are a few pictures of 6.5" tags for comparison.
