Hey Dart Girl, when you go for your ride in the 'Tona today, head south on Tropicanna to where all the retail stores are and pick up a CF card reader. You'll be able to download those pics without the software and it's also way faster too!

Have fun, and if you think of it, a put $5 on 5 at 5 minutes to 5! Good Luck!

DG, I was just giving you a hard time. I read that all you are dragging except John. Just my dry humor coming through again.

John, DG and Mark: Let me know what your ETA in Grand Junction will be. Your selection of the route through southern Colorado is a pretty good one. Will give you lots to look at and be COOL temperature and otherwise as well.

DG: If you need someone to post pics, you are more that welcome to send them to me... dcall@rof.net ...and I will post them here for you. I'm getting excited and can hardly wait to get a picture of the Daytona with my B5 Coronet R/T!!!!

Also, if you guys and gal have any trouble what-so-ever on the road, call me and I will hook up my trailer and come to the rescue.

Dan

I am pretty new to this site, but is by far one of the most anticipated events when I get home from work!!! I go right to the computer to see the latest update. You guys are truly on the trip of a lifetime!!! I was in Vegas for the Mopars on the Strip weekend and it is the most exciting setting I have seen in the country for these awesome cars!!! Keep the great pics and updates coming.
Keith

Hey y'all, we're all finally awake out here in Vegas. It's 4:00 PM here and 99 degrees. I think we're gonna ride around Vegas for a little while and then start the 500 mile drive to Grand Junction when the sun starts going down. The engine compartment is really nice but we forgot to get pics of it. We'll be sure to do that today.

Hey Keith! Welcome to the board! Aint this a great thread?? I tried emailing the link to Rich downriver, but he said he can't view it. I told him to just join the Moparts crew and that'll get him around it.

Can't wait to see you and Karen come down for some Woodward cruising. Bring the kids over this summer!

Dale

We met some new friends in California and guess what? They didn't even read us our rights....

They did however hear the 440 out on the interstate and followed us to the place where we gassed up and talked to us for a good 45 minutes. Very nice men who had a passion for Mopar. Cool eh?

Anywayz.... here we are taking a pose with the Daytona. The picture is somewhat blurry and messed up but it was 3 in the morning when we took it and we were all a little bit blurry as well as trying to beat the heat in the desert.

More to come.... DG

What a GREAT post! I'm jealous, all I'll be driving on my road trip is a 30 yr old wagon.

Wish I wasn't so far behind schedule, I'd meet ya' with FuryIII.

Great to see the updated pics !! I drove nearly 200 miles myself just running around, so I got a taste of what you are up too
I talked to John abit earlier, and hope since then the Daytona and Falcon are doing well!
Sure I will talk to you more this weekend
Here is one other pic from yesterday.. the Daytona and Falcon just before John, Mark, and DG took off...

Great roadtrip - too bad you're bypassing Colorado Springs or it woulda been great to meet up with the RHD Daytona.
Of course, they are calling for possibility of snowflakes here Saturday (snow in June!) so maybe it's just as well.
