use your glass as the template for the lexan. now you need to form a small diameter metal tube (5/16) to the curvature of the original glass about an inch or so from the outside. now attach it to the lexan with rivits and little clamps.....

I am truckless..

I ran my 63 Polara hardtop with 3/16" lexan. No frame work around them. I pulled them up and down with seat belt strap. They fit nice when shutting the door. A fellow racer asked me once if I had ever seen my car go though the traps. I said no, I'm driving. He said the windows are out about 3" at the top corners at speed (130 mph). Never caused any problems.

If you notice that the pro stocks and others have a
latch that they close after they close the door, thats
to keep the top of the window from moving outward

Check with this company, they have everything you need to put lexan windows in a Duster.

Thanks guys, what i meant by frameless is when the window is in up position there is nothing but the window.. No vent window channel or rear window channel that my windows slide up into. I just bought this car and the lexan is in it but it is poorly installed to my standards. There is only a small piece of metal scewed to the front and the rear is only screwed to the top of the door. VERY FLIMSY!!
