use your glass as the template for the lexan. now you need to form a small diameter metal tube (5/16) to the curvature of the original glass about an inch or so from the outside. now attach it to the lexan with rivits and little clamps.....

If you notice that the pro stocks and others have a latch that they close after they close the door, thats to keep the top of the window from moving outward

yea and they are expensive. the way mine is done done does the same thing and a lot cheaper.
