My fender tag is lost & I am going to have a new tag made. What is a correct build date/fender tag code for a 1970 Roadrunner---> N0G212863

Build date should be on the driver's side door tag, unless you are also missing that.

Wish I had a door sticker.. Need to get a fender tag made so I need the build date/fender tag code. Anyone have anything close..?

Without a build sheet you can't make a correct fender tag and an obvious fake is worse then none at all.

That's later build car. Taking a SWAG (scientific wildass guess) at it based on the build SPD dates of my cars and their VINs, you're probably getting into April 1970 or later time frame, assuming they were averaging 3500 cars a week starting the first full week of August 1969 at that plant..

But no matter what you put on it, the number crunchers will spot it as a fake from a mile away.

I find it amazing how many knuckleheads chime in with their about a specific question . These same KNUCLEHEADS never have an EXACT answer only "ADVICE" . Last time I checked this was a "FREE" Country. If I want to have a fender tag made then that is MY RIGHT.
