I care! I just stumbled on this thread, one of my favorites! I love seeing what the cars looked like back then. Even the 12 and 13 second cars were all lettered and stickered up. I like seeing the dial ins on the cars, what kind of wheels people were running, the names of the cars. Everything had so much more character back then.

I was able to re-locate and old photo album It was borrowed, never returned for a very long time Thanks to my Nephew for negotiating a return of it Here are some pics from at least 30 years ago
