I ordered the March pulleys designed for the FluidDamper. I think these will work? I should have them in a few days....
Just got back in town.... Bad news, They still don't fit, but now the crank pulley is only about 3/8" too close to the inside? Anyone make a 3/8" spacer for the crank pulley?
Also, found out my 727 trans has the '70 and earlier stator support (and front pump) and dosen't fit the new TSC front drum with the wide bushing....

I have the ATI damper with SB chevy bolt pattern for the pulley, I still had to do some shimming to make it line up (4 3/8 inch washers for each of the 3 bolts worked just fine). I originally got talked into the chevy pulley pattern because SBC pulleys are cheap and plentiful...but it ended up nothing but a pain in the...

Mancini Racing has crankshaft pulley spacers.
Thanks Andy, Mancini sells a billet 3/8" crank spacer. I just had to order longer pulley bolts...
More project setbacks, I was inspecting the 727 trans, and noticed I had broken a few teeth off the front gear splines Are there any special discount deals on the steel front 727 Gears? I looked at Cope Racing, and they list for around $400? and the hardened output shaft is $675.. I guess I need to start working overtime.

I got the spacer from Mancinni today and the pulleys all line up now Now I am waiting for the 1-1/2" long ARP bolts to come in so I can bolt it all up. Of course, the way this project is going the spark plug wires I ordered (and specifically mentioned they were for a stock type distrubitor cap) came in and were for a HEI type cap My next project is to make a bracket to mount my 130 Amp Denso alternator next to the right side of the thermostat housing. I will have to take some pictures of the pulleys and alternator mounting..

What is the ARP bolts part number so that I may order them also? I was going to dig in my misc. box of bolts, but figured that this calls for some good high grade hardware which I may not have in that length.
Visually regretful, I am running a GM 200 amp 1 wire alternator which has served my purpose for some time now. When Mopar creates a 200 amp 1 wire, I'll switch over again.
Here are some pictures: ARP stainless 12-point 5/16" x 18 tpi, 1.50" long. they are a bit long, but I figured it would be easier to grind a bit off than use bolts that are too short. I measured the depth of the bolt surface on the pulley to the timing chain cover using my vernier calipers and the distance was around 1.625" so there should be no problem, and when I add the washer (or two) under the bolt head there should be plenty of clearance for the timing chain cover. The ARP part number is 612-1500. I just with they sold them in six packs, I had to buy two cards with 5 bolts each.
