Trying to repair a long standing problem with headlight issues on a 69 charger. High and low beam are working intermettantly or won't stay on at all. Has anyone experienced this problem or know the solution. I have allready replaced the headlight switch with a brand new one, and a new dimmer switch as well. I've also replace the fuisable link which non of it seem to correct the issue. Also taillights and turn signals are very dim/weak and act as if they are not grounding, and once the car is up and running everything is as bright as it should be. I've check and either fixed or cleaned all the grounds, by the way, so it doesn't seem to be a grounding issue. Any help will be appreciated.
