Post or email me a photo of the original tank and its placement if you can. I have a 50 B1 if the tank is the same for the cost of shipping and packaging you can have it, mine is going to get an efi motor so a new tank is needed anyway.

pm me for my email.

Brian

Sorry, no. I am going to have to have my gas tank repaired or replaced. The PWHM guys suggested http://www.rockvalleyantiqueautoparts.com/catalog.htm

They have advertised in Street Rodder for many years. Unfortunately, they don't have the mopar coverage, but can do custom.
Hemmings has many listings, but I don't have any first hand knowledge of the vendors.

The ads seem to be mostly from one company.

I didn't see any on the moparts sponsor page.

When I had my 54, I installed a gas tank from a late 70s Cordoba, 25 gal, cruise forever. Sucked to have to fill it though.

I mounted the tank under the bed at the rear, pulled the fuel filler behind the licence plate. Think I only had to slightly modify the rear cross member on the frame for it to fit, course it would have been in the way of tailpipes, if I would have had any.

My 50 has the rear plastic tank from a 2 tank 80 truck, but then, its on the 80 frame. That one is 18 gal. Gene
