It doesn’t seem like a commercial, seems more like just part of the show. I could be wrong but there are no headers up front or trailers at the end. No mention of “this Plymouth Barracuda” in the conversation either.
I think it’s from season 3 episode “Enter Batgirl, exit Penguin “. Boy there is an episode title. LOL
