I’ve found in my collection of hemi parts, an NOS hemi cam. The part number on the box is 2899534, which translates to a 69 426 with solid lifters. I’ve got a guy that wants it but he wants it for a 70 with hydraulic lifters. I’m thinking it will not be a good idea to just put hydraulic lifters on this cam and run it. Anyone have thoughts. I’ll have to put a post in the WIW section for the value.

You can run solid lifters on a hydraulic but running hydraulic lifters on a solid isn't going to work as the ramps are likely too fast for the hydraulic to keep up with. I am sure that one could find a mellow solid and get it to work with a real good hydraulic lifter but I wouldn't be experimenting with an NOS cam and an expensive restoration.
