Maybe the flipper is thinking the same thing about someone with real deep pockets. One of those wealthy cali fire victims quickly needing to fill a void. We all know the tactics of asking 200k for a 100k car then take the 150k offer and the buyer feels GREAT at his negotiating skills and is happy. STOP POTATO HATE!
