Trying to figure out what the part in the picture are? They are plastic with 2 clips on each.
Came with 69 charger parts I acquired

Those are Charger only and clip on the inside of the rear panel where the window regulator bolts on. It’s right where the c pillar meets that panel. I’m not sure what the exact purpose of it is but all two dr htp have them. Chargers are just bigger.

They look like "water diverters" for lack of a better term.
B-bodies '68-'69 had them as stated, apparently to prevent water from getting to the back seat/side panel area.
I don't recall how the ones on my Chargers were shaped, but on my Road Runners, they're more squared off.
