In my experience, yes that cam would work. Power band is probably fairly high. What gear/converter etc ...do you have in mind? I run a small Roots blower and it sees 7lbs.peak. My cam is 236/242@.050 .501 lift 110 c/l. Has gone 10.48 @3,600lbs 440in motor ,3.33 gears ratio. Shift at 5200/5300. Again my opinion, 110 C/L is the best compromise. I've tried 6 different cams,110..112..114... 110 gives best idle, cruise, response and ET. In my car. I know there is power left on the table with a "regular " cam. But the blower is going to rule the max power more than the cam. Wrong cam will just hurt lower RPM torque. and effect idle quality. Boosted stuff will run better under-camed. ,,,Max EFFICIENT blower speed is the ceiling..not the cam...

How fast/ET are you shooting for? Blower speed will factor in as well. I'd ask a cam shop...Comp etc..to ballpark what you are already thinking 🤔

I’ll throw in my .02…..
My impression of the TS blowers is they aren’t terribly efficient.
Putting one on a 500+ cube build with bigger heads and a long duration camshaft is going to require spinning the blower harder to make the desired boost.
For that combo I’d run a shorter cam(than the card in the pic).

If you already have that cam then sure, it will work. If you are going to buy a new cam then I wouldn't buy that particular one. I don't think you need that much split with a blower since you'll have more cylinder pressure. So the 259/270 split is a bit much? Most of the cams I look up on Comps sight for the 440 have a pretty big split. I hate their web page though, I could not find any cams for boost. I am figuring for the street, somthing right around 260 or less would be nice. I will call one of their reps and see I guess. That is the current cam in my +.030 440 that I will probably put a roots blower on someday....It has the TF270 's on it. This engine I need a blower cam for has Indy EZ 325's upgraded to 2.19 valves. Figured they are probably pretty close as far as flow...
