There was a huge thread on Yellowbullet a few years ago about Lutz. He did a car for an armed forces member and screwed the guy something fierce. Had the car way longer than promised, charged way over the agreed price, and when the guy did get it back the crap welds were covered up with silicone sealer.
Guy had to have the pipes cut out and redone. Car would not cert. It was a total fustercluck.
