driver quality, chrome, no name, small block valve covers.
look to be very straight on the bottom flange,clean inside, but the chrome is scratched. might be a good candidate for paint instead of trying to polish up.
also looks to be a "tall" version for internal clearance.
all i did was wipe the dust off.
