QA1 announced that it has agreed with Holley Performance Brands (Holley) to acquire the assets of Detroit Speed & Engineering (Detroit Speed). The addition of Detroit Speed aligns with QA1’s mission to deliver high-performance suspension and chassis components to automotive builders.

Not clear to me, what is Holley's position in all of this, ie who exactly does Holley own here that i missed.

Holley is starting to become the 800lb gorilla in our hobby it seems, and sometimes that stifles competition and innovation, critical for our sport.
I
Although if Holley bought Chrysler, it might be an improvement.
