Another season comes to an end and, while we didn’t get to go to the track much, we made the most of it and got that goal of a 9 second e.t. that I’d been chasing for a while now!

I’m far from done as we had plans of going to a radial prep event and the air was amazing that night. Unfortunately, the top tank on the radiator decided to start leaking when I was preparing to load it on the trailer! At least it happened off the track and didn’t spoil the prep or cause an accident by happening later! Tulsa’s Mopars at the Park was also cancelled, but wasn’t sure I was going to take the car anyway.

I’m sure it has a 9.8x in it and I’m taking some steps to make it easier to get there. I have no plans of cutting the car or even putting in more cage, but there is quite a few lbs. in weight reduction to be had.

One big thing that I would like to accomplish is driving it to our local track, running a 9 and driving it home Just to say I did! grin
