A990 OP master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,801 541 slobovia	My 99 Dakota (46RE) has an odd growl/screech that only happens under certain conditions. The sound seems to be at the top of the trans tunnel. I pulled the serp belt, and ruled out the accessories.
