727, 518 BILLET REAR SERVO KIT
High performance low/reverse billet rear servo kit for a 727, 518, 46RH, and 46RE transmission. The rear servo piston is a 1-piece design that replaces the stock piston, inner spring, piston plug, snap ring, and the after market shim used in performance rebuilds. The piston is CNC machined out of solid billet aluminum so it will not crack like the stock cast aluminum pistons are known for doing. It comes in a kit with a heavy duty return spring that will eliminate 1-2 shift overlap, a new seal, and a .075 extra thick retainer made from stainless steel that will not bend around the retaining ring and pop out of the case like the factory steel retainers do. This kit fits 67 and newer 727, 518, 618, 46RH, and 46RE transmissions. I also have a kit that fits the early 62-66 727’s. The price for either rear kit is $80.00 plus shipping. 100% Made in the USA. If you have any questions, or would like to place an order, please email me at mrrandyj@aol.com Thanks!!

727-48RE DUAL RING FRONT BILLET SERVO KIT
Dual ring billet front servo kits for 727, 518, 618, 46RH, 46RE, 47RH, 47RE, and 48RE transmissions. The front servo is responsible for applying the front band during the 1-2 shift. This servo is based off of the highly desired 71 and earlier Chrysler “small pin” servo that is ideal for use in performance transmissions, only this one is much better. The piston and cover are CNC machined out of solid 6061 billet aluminum and the shaft is CNC machined from prehardened 4140 steel. There are 2 return springs custom made out of stainless steel that will help eliminate the 2-3 shift overlap that these transmissions are known for. There is also a o-ring in the cover that seals it to the shaft to stop internal leakage and help more oil get to 3rd gear where it is needed most. The piston has 4 total sealing rings, doubling the sealing capacity of the original Chrysler servos. This is a ready to install kit, all the sealing rings and springs are included. The price for this kit is $125.00 plus shipping.

904 BILLET REAR SERVO KIT
High performance low/reverse billet rear servo kit for a 1967 and newer 904, 998, 999, 500, 42RH, 42RE, 44RH, 44RE Dodge Plymouth Chrysler Jeep or AMC transmission. This rear servo kit features a redesigned 1-piece piston which replaces the stock piston, inner spring, piston plug, snap ring, and the after market shim used in performance rebuilds. It is CNC machined out of solid billet aluminum so it will not crack like the stock cast aluminum pistons are known for doing. You will also get much less internal leakage with the solid 1 piece piston compared to the stock assembly, that means more holding power for the rear band. Included in this kit is the piston, a heavy duty return spring that will help eliminate the 1-2 shift overlap, a new seal, and a .075” extra thick stainless steel retainer that will not bend around the retaining ring and pop out of the case like the factory steel retainers do. This is a complete ready to install kit, no extra parts are needed and it is 100% Made in the USA. The price for this kit is $80.00 plus shipping.

BILLET DUAL RING ACCUMULATORS
These will fit just about any Torqueflite transmission including the 727, 904, 998, 999, 500, 518, 618, 42RH, 42RE, 46RH, 46RE, 47RE, and 48RE, almost every rear wheel drive transmission from 1962 on up to the 2007 48RE Cummins Turbo Diesel overdrive transmission. These are a great upgrade for all the 727s and 904s and are also perfect for replacing the plastic accumulator that Chrysler switched to in the late 80s. The plastic accumulators are known for cracking and causing problems in performance transmissions. I have done these 2 different ways: First is an exact stock replacement, this one will accept all the stock springs whether they go between the case and the piston or the piston and the valve body. These are perfect for the turbo diesel guys that have tighter aftermarket torque converters, or for the person doing a stock type rebuild on a gas transmission. Second is with a built in blocker rod that will stop the accumulator from moving in the bore and firm up shifts. No need to cut down round stock and make a blocker rod anymore, I did it for you. Comes with all 4 sealing rings. The price on these are $45.00 each plus shipping. These are 100% Made in the USA. If you have any questions or want to place an order email mrrandyj@aol.com Thanks for looking!!!

727-48RE FRONT BAND STRUTS AND BILLET BAND ANCHORS
Heavy duty, double thick, billet steel front band strut and billet front band anchor for a Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler, or AMC 727, 518, 618, 46RH, 46RE, 47RH, 47RE, and 48RE transmissions. This fits from the 1962 727 transmission, all the way up through the 2007 ½ Cummins Turbo Diesel 48RE, and everything in between. The OEM Chrysler front band struts are prone to bending, and the OEM band anchors are known for breaking in high performance and heavy duty applications. The band strut is CNC machined from 1/4” thick steel, which is twice as thick as the factory strut and it is zinc coated for corrosion protection. The band anchor is also CNC machined from billet steel. Both are made in the USA. The price is $25.00 each plus shipping. I also have the struts for a 904 transmission, same price Email mrrandyj@aol.com

BILLET 4.2 and 5.0 LEVERS Billet steel 4.2 and 5.0 ratio front band apply levers for just about any Torqueflite transmission including the 727, 904, 998, 999, 500, 518, 618, 42RH, 42RE, 46RH, 46RE, 47RH, 47RE, and 48RE. Almost every rear wheel drive transmission from 1962 on up to the 2007 48RE Cummins Turbo Diesel overdrive transmission. These levers are CNC machined from solid billet steel. They are much stronger than the factory powdered metal forging levers, which are known for failing under the higher line pressures that performance transmissions run. The ratio is laser engraved into the tip of the lever in a large font size so it can be easily seen both in and out of the transmission. These are 100% made in the USA. $49 plus shipping. If you have any questions, or would like to place an order, please email me at mrrandyj@aol.com Thanks!!!

Reverse wound direct clutch pack spring for the 904, 998, 999, 500, 42RH, 42RE, 44RH, 44RE. The stock spring in the direct clutch drum loses its tension at high RPM and causes the direct clutches to drag in 1st gear. This spring is wound in the opposite direction which eliminates that problem and keeps the clutches from burning up and also helps eliminate 2-3 shift overlap. This spring should be used in any transmission that will see 5500 RPM or more. This is a direct replacement for the stock spring, no other parts or modifications are necessary. These springs have been through a shot peening process that drastically increases cycle life and they are 100% made in the USA. $30 plus shipping. If you have any questions, or would like to place an order, please email me at mrrandyj@aol.com Thanks!

CNC machined billet aluminum block off plug for the neutral safety switch threaded hole in the transmission case. These will fit almost every Dodge, Plymouth, or Chrysler Torqueflite transmission from 1962-newer. It fits the 727, 904, 998, 999, 500, 518, 618, 42RH, 42RE, 46RH, 46RE, 47RH, and 47RE. I made these because of the widespread problem of aftermarket neutral safety switches leaking fluid right through the switch. This plug will solve that problem, but you will need to have an aftermarket shifter that has provisions to function as the neutral safety switch. Included with the plug is a new gasket. Made in the USA. $24 plus shipping. Email mrrandyj@aol.com
