Very nice, didn't realize those were frame deals.
No unibody for the El Caminos?

Nope, full frame. This is the first exposure to a full frame car I've ever worked on. Alot easier to fab on when the body is off.

How's the body mount, rubber biscuits?
I'm guessing you upgrade that weak spot?

Factory rubber mounts have been replaced with aluminum mounts.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. The work looks great but the rear frame rails look pretty thin after being cut over the wheel arch OR maybe I am over thinking it?

I forgot all about this section in Moparts already. Nice work guys, get it done and out and I'll have Todd drop mine off for 7.5/FC cage when he goes to pick it up? grin

Even narrowed, the frame rails are fine. It's pretty much what you have to do to fit a tire under a G-body. Plus, once the body gets bolted back onto the chassis, and the roll cage bars get implemented, it's more than strong.

All of the additional tubing in the rear, even with the notching, it is probably stronger than it was from the factory.

Nice work as always Steff
