How's the body mount, rubber biscuits? I'm guessing you upgrade that weak spot? Factory rubber mounts have been replaced with aluminum mounts.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. The work looks great but the rear frame rails look pretty thin after being cut over the wheel arch OR maybe I am over thinking it?

Even narrowed, the frame rails are fine. It's pretty much what you have to do to fit a tire under a G-body. Plus, once the body gets bolted back onto the chassis, and the roll cage bars get implemented, it's more than strong.

All of the additional tubing in the rear, even with the notching, it is probably stronger than it was from the factory.
Nice work as always Steff

Why did you choose that body style and brand to build? I can remember when the 1959 El Camino came out, same on the 1960 then no more until the 1964s came out in the Chevel line My Son in Law had one that looks like yours for a short while, it might have been a GMC version though, CRS
Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
