hello,my 72 demon will squeal the front tires and pull to the right when going over a small hill in the road.
the car tracks straight and tire wear looks very good.
what's causing this ?

So to paraphrase, the car tracks straight... except when it's squealing the tires and pulling to the right.

A laying-on of hands by a mechanic well-versed in front ends is going to have better results with this problem than asking armchair mechanics on the Internet. If you would like to look for loose and/or shifting parts yourself, that would be a start. From your symptoms, it seems that something is amiss when you unload the suspension. See if you can simulate that statically (at rest) in your driveway, and see what there is to see.

How loose are the tie rod ends and idler/pitman arms?

Are the upper control arm bushings gone?

What about ball joint condition?

What is the condition of the rubber portion of the lower control arm bushings?

What about those strut rod bushings?

How do the wheel bearings feel?

Down to just a blue car now.

Give it a good visual inspection(loaded/unloaded)& see if anything jumps out at you & go from there.

if front end is ok, have alignment checked, it can go straight and not have tire wear and still be out of alignment
