I had a late 70s (if I remember correctly, it had the stacked square headlights) D150 that had a green interior (and a two tone green and white, maybe, exterior). Seems like the seat was a cloth green plaid material with darker green door panels. Can't say it was my favorite truck, green is not a favored color for me, but it did exist, so Dodge did make them back then.
Stacked headlight would be a 79/80.
If I paint this thing green I'm thinking of a darker shade like what most of the Menards rent a trucks are or what I've seen forest service or dept of natural resources trucks get painted.
And though I haven't had a reproduction one in my hands wow they are sure proud of them... See what they ask for em? Even used at the swap meets in the past few years, used ...
If I do this truck green (or maybe if I decide on a blue, even) I'll probably just look for tan interior. I know they made those.
Even though I have a blue dash pad for one of those.
On my other truck I don't know what the PO used on those door panels but jeez they came out horrible. I'm gonna need some for that truck too. They're beyond redoing again.
