I had one that
WASN'T green.
Mine had a 360 in it (first year). I'm probably the only person to swap a big block
INTO a C-body instead of ripping one out.
What killed mine was hidden rust up in the cowl area. These cars had a huge molded plastic piece that covered the cowl instead of individual 'grills' like on a same year B-body, so I totally missed the rust until it was too late. I had noticed the gap changing between the fenders and front doors, but initially thought it was due to the rubber isolators for the body mounts being bad (stub frame).. The top and sides (behind the fenders)of the cowl was swiss cheese.
It was a fun cruise around car, I was always having people tease me about how huge by large it was. I miss it.
I paid less than $1K for mine.........back in '97.
