I need just the wiring for the hood turn signals for my 70 Charger. The kits I’ve seen include reproduction lenses. I don’t need those. Anyone know where I can get just the wiring?

this won't be of much [if any] help to you, but i needed this wiring as well.
fortunately, i had a bunch of good harnesses in my stash of "stuff", and they contained the correct colors, as well as gauge size, [possibly one size larger] and the wire was long enough to be cut to length.
as i had several of the correct terminal housings to mate with the housing on the main harness, i needed to just install the proper terminals in the respective housing, and i had a new hood wiring harness.
all it cost me was the time to unwrap the old harness[es] and the couple of terminal ends, then assemble the harness.
the "fun" part was fishing the harness through the hood channel[s] the original harness was routed through.
that took several attempts with bent up pieces of house wiring and mig wire to fish up through the hood channel[s] before i had enough to securely tape the new signal light harness to, and pull it down through the hood.

Thin - say, .030 or so - welding wire is good for fishing wiring through areas like Charger hoods.
A bit of electrical tape or a small hook in the end, and pull carefully.
Nice thing about that specific harness is most of it is hidden, so it's not hard to fabricate if you have a couple short lengths with proper (visible) connectors.

I looked at all the options and most did not have the complete wiring that I needed exactly like the factory had. One company was out of stock for just the secondary wiring but I need from the sockets to the firewall. I found one on Mopar Plus for $109 with the lenses and bulbs. Their kit will work if you only have just the bezels. It probably the same one the YO has for sale. So I bought it. It does not include the 3 black plastic clips that hold the wiring so I bought that from eBay.
