this won't be of much [if any] help to you, but i needed this wiring as well.
fortunately, i had a bunch of good harnesses in my stash of "stuff", and they contained the correct colors, as well as gauge size, [possibly one size larger] and the wire was long enough to be cut to length.
as i had several of the correct terminal housings to mate with the housing on the main harness, i needed to just install the proper terminals in the respective housing, and i had a new hood wiring harness.
all it cost me was the time to unwrap the old harness[es] and the couple of terminal ends, then assemble the harness.
the "fun" part was fishing the harness through the hood channel[s] the original harness was routed through.
that took several attempts with bent up pieces of house wiring and mig wire to fish up through the hood channel[s] before i had enough to securely tape the new signal light harness to, and pull it down through the hood.
