Last order I placed with them was for a 1.25" sway bar last year. Took twelve weeks to get, but they told me it would be that long when ordering. I've got a ton of their parts on my car. Been good to do business with.

Firm Feel is no longer run by Dick Ross who founded it. Dick was a good guy and he had a very deep knowledge of all things Mopar. He retired some time back. I used to do a ton of business with Firm Feel when Dick was running the show, but I refuse to do business with them now.

I know all my transactions with Firm Feel were great, but I haven't bought anything from them in a dozen years.

Two remarks:
1) commitment - to the point that MarkZ made, I was part of the group that signed up to purchase the most recent F/M/J-body torsion bars re-make, FFI took quite a long time to get this up and running (we are talking several years) BUT they did eventually come through, so despite the trials and tribulations it was good to see a vendor coming through on a commitment they made some time ago
2) service - once the bars eventually shipped and I had a chance to install them, I came to find out that one of the bars was not machined to the size needed for the T-bar to LCA anchor to slip on, yeah, bar was too wide and since the anchor is all steel there just isn't any room to make
Long story short, several emails having gone unanswered (on what was a $1300 purchase) I eventually got a phone call back. Spoke with an older gentleman (forgot the name, sorry) and having exchanged some pics and measurements he agreed they screwed up. So the choice at this point in time was to either have me machine the bar locally (by someone who may not necessarily understand the part) or to send the one bar back to FFI so that they can correct the part. Needless to say my jaw kind of dropped when the answer to my request to have FFI pick up the shipping bill was: "...umm, that's kind of expensive, I can't quite do that, but you know, I can send you specific instructions on how the local machine shop needs to fix these...", yeah and guess what, my request for FFI to pay the local shop to fix the bar was also turned down!!!
Sooo yeah, not very pleased, and while I can appreciate the commitment they put into re-making these bars, boy the follow-up customer service part just flat out wasn't there!

Peter is excellent to deal with. He also does the roller idler that you can’t get at FF. Their kit only works with one that is discontinued and unobtaimium these days. I used Firm Feel years ago with success.
I want my fair share

Firm Feel had a number of issues including poor customer service and low-quality products... Note that this was when the company was run by its original ownership...Regarding the later ownership... I have no personal experience as now for Mopar suspension stuff we deal with other vendors including Steer & Gear... Just my $0.02...

Been good to do business with. Same experiences here. My last order was about two years ago and I bought 300# T-bars for my Police Diplomat. They let me know up front it was going to be months. I got them and am very happy with them. My car is also filled with their stuff I feel so fortunate to have them because I love M and F body cars and parts are very limited, especially good HD parts.
Facts are stubborn things.
