I need to drill and tap a 1/8 hole in my alumni intake for a water temp senor right in the front under the water flange there is a thick enough area to do this I just looking for some advice before I do it. The do's and donts better to ask then be sorry . THANKS

I wouldn't risk drilling and taping for that sender in such a thin spot tsk twocents
How about having an adapter fitting welded in for the sender somewhere near where you want if work scope luck wrench shruggy
